I have a PhD in philosophy and I am the publisher of evolve, the leading German integral magazine on consciousness and culture as well as host of Radio evolve, a weekly webcast in German and English. I speak internationally on cultural evolution and the different spiritual and cultural currents that have formed our postmodern world. As a faculty member of Meridian University in California, I teach about the principles of catalyzing emergence within collectives. For over 25 years, I have been developing the practice and philosophical foundation for a new human relatedness through a shift from individuation to transindividuation, from the isolated “I” to the co-creative “We.” Together with Elizabeth Debold, I have created the practice of “emergent dialogue,” an innovative We-space practice and pioneering experiment in conscious inquiry.
