Wendelin Küpers is Professor for leadership and organization studies at Karlshochschule International University and affiliated with ICN ARTEM, Nancy, France.
Combining a phenomenological and cross-disciplinary orientation, his research focuses on embodied, emotional, creative and transformational dimensions in relation to more responsible and sustainable forms of organizing and managing. Furthermore, his research focuses on design, integrating artful and aesthetic qualities as well as practical wisdom into leadership and organization theory and practice.
Wendelin holds a diploma and PhD in economics from Witten/Herdecke University in Germany.
